Pending cases against Zoloft will now undergo several status conferences scheduled by court, news reports say. The presiding judge for all the cases of alleged birth defects caused by Zoloft will be Judge Cynthia M. Rufe. She has set the schedule for the status conferences and the first one will be on October 17, 2012. Knowing that the cases are too many to handle in a short span of time, the schedule may wind up to late March next year. These conferences will all be held at the United States Court House in Philadelphia, PA and the Rottenstein Law Group will release important information to the public about those cases.
